Re: Parts manual
The maintenance manual also serves as a parts manual. Univair, Aeronca Aviators Club, Wag Aero, all have it.

This has been many years ago. I remember sewing it closed with a baseball stitch.

Re: Univair - spectacular customer service
I ordered a set of wing root covers for my Champ. The upper front covers were totally unlike the prints. When I contacted them I was told they matched their prints. When I asked for a copy of their prints I was told to go pound sand. Don't forget their famous wing rib issues.

Re: C90-12 in 7AC
so make sure it is 100,000 per occupant, not per person.

Re: Brackett BA-154 filter
Scotty is still here but no longer doing any work. While I never see a FAA type in Salome, I'm the IA signing off my plane and if possible I'd like to do it right.

Re: Brackett BA-154 filter
BA-154 is Brackett's unapproved filter for the 7-11 series. Hopefully it will eventually wind up on their STC.

Use a tool ?? Harbor freight has some 12 inch long nose pliers in different configurations.

Re: brackette
I'm not having much luck finding a K & N Filter for the Champ. I turn up Challenger Aviation which claims to use K & N elements. Their application list for the Champ shows a Brackette BA-4106. Do you have a part number?
Thanks
