I have constructed a 4" tube with a remote controlled linear actuator that opens and closes a door on the end of the tube and will be mounting it out on my lift struts away from my tailfeathers so that I can load into the tube the creamated remains of several family members and disperse over the Sie...

Champ lift strut

Hi
I'm looking for a few feet of both front and rear wing lift strut material from a Chanp. Anyone got some old bad struts that I can buy a few feet of each?

Dave Keep in mind if you ever have to replace a rear window you have to deal with how well you cemented it in. On mine I drilled slightly larger holes in the window so that the attachment screws had plenty of clearance, then just spot silicon here and there around the window. Another spot to look at...

Dave I do not think it is normal to place finishing tape on the inside curve of the rear window of a champ. I believe the fabric is glued to the wood window frame with no tape. It is really a place that you can give some thought to as to how to get it right. Thus it becomes important to properly pre...
