Randolph Colors

Post by seaheli » Sun Feb 21, 2010 19:18

I am having trouble in obtaining Randolph color Tucson Cream (X-5260). Every time I order that color I receive Sun Valley Ivory or Sandalwood and even Diana Cream.

I know some of the formulas change when Randolph was last purchased. How do you get the right color match for original colors? Has anyone else had this problem?

I think Bellanca used this color also (Bellanca Cameo).

Charles,

Email Greg at the factory at this address and I guarantee he will solve your problem greg@conaircraft.com.

I got a bad color mix, a yellow with a green tint, and he mixed me another can of the correct color gratis.

Agree with Gus, email or call Greg at PolyFiber. 1-800-362-3490

Randolf recipes are the same as before the buyout; the big difference now, local dealers mix the colors instead of the factory. Saves on overhead for the company and mixing paints only to sit on the self for 3 years. The problem; you have an 18yr old kid mixing the colors and somethings they're not so accurate with the scales. Talk with Greg and he'll get you set straight.

Exactly what Nathan said happened to me. AirSpruce mixed it and it was too green.

I noticed that when Greg invoiced the replacement paint gratis to me he billed AS for the cost!!
