1951 Sedan For Sale ($28K or Best Offer) SOLD

Hi all:

Well, unfortunately it's almost time for me to part with my 1951 Aeronca Sedan. I'm building an RV and I need the money to complete it. See my ad on www.Barnstormers.com.

I've owned it since 2000. In fact, if you look at the Sedan photos on this site, you'll see it (N1473H) when it was with the previous owner. Here it is in a nut shell:

-Flown regularly
-TT airframe - 3197
-Continental C-145 (145 HP)
-7.5 gph
-Auto Gas STC
-SMOH 1418
-Original prop!
-Last recovered in 1982
-Apollo SL40
-King KT76 Xponder
-DRE 244e 4-place intercom
-Just passed Annual
-Punch test performed OK
-Interior very good
-All logs
-Parts list included (hard copy and soft copy)
-The plane is located in San Jose, California

I love this plane...it flies like a dream. It is a very easy and cheap plane to live with. Very dependable. I'd give the plane 7 out of 10 in appearance.

This very aircraft appears in a new book by Eric Presten entitled Vintage Flyers II: http://www.napanet.net/~arbeau/usaah/vf.htm

I've reduced the price again to $28,000 or best offer. Contact me and I'll send you photos. Here is a photo of it I found online: http://www.russellw.com/photoalbum/phot ... tRecord=35

If by chance you've tried to contact me via e-mail, it wasn't working and I was not able to receive. It is now working and you may try it again if you wish.
